เอารถเข้าศุนย์วิภาฯไป
- เปลี่ยน น้ำมันเกียร์
- เปลี่ยน ไส้กรองน้ำมันเกียร์
- เปลี่ยน ประเก็นกรองน้ำมันเกียร์
- เปลี่ยน ประเก็นอ่างน้ำมันเกียร์
- เปลี่ยน หัวเทียน
มาออกจากศูนย์ มีน้ำมันอะไรก็ไม่รู้หยดใต้ท้องรถ
ตอนแรกนึกว่าเลอะธรรมดา ผ่านมา 1 เดือนก็ยังหยดอยู่ (เช็ดที่จอดรถเพื่อดูแล้ว)
ตำแหน่งแนวตั้ง ตรงประมาณกลางป้ายทะเบียนi5
ตำแหน่งแนวนอน ตรงประมาณจุดสัมผัสของล้อหน้ากับพื้น
ไม่ทราบมีแนวทางแก้ยังไงครับ
ว่าจะเอาเข้าศูนย์ฯไปเคลม แต่กลัวเค้าปัดความรับผิดชอบ กลัวได้ไปเสียเงินเรื่องอื่นอีก...เซ็ง

เข้าไปเคลมที่ศูนย์ก่อนเถอะครับ เค้าต้องมีการรับประกันอย่างน้อย 6 เดือนอยู่แล้ว ให้ช่างเค้าดูก่อน ถ้าเป็นจากที่เค้าทำมา ก็ต้องรับผิดชอบ แต่ถ้าบอกว่ามาจากสาเหตุอื่น เราจะได้รู้ว่าศูนย์นี้เป็นอย่างไร จะทำหรือไม่ทำอยู่ที่เราครับ

ตามที่พี่แจ้ว่าครับ กลับไปให้ศูนย์ดูก่อนดีกว่า อย่าเพิ่งคิดเองว่าศูนย์จะปัดความรับผิดชอบ เพียงแต่เวลาช่างเค้ารื้อหรือเช็ค คุณก็อยู่ดูมันทุกขั้นตอน จะได้รู้ว่าปัญหามันเกิดตรงไหน แต่ถ้าอู่หรือศูนย์ไหนไม่ให้ดูเวลาซ่อม ก็อย่าไปเข้า

ถ้าเขาศุนย์น่าจะเข้าอู่ดีกว่านะครับน่าจะชำนาญกว่าแต่ก็ต้องแคลมก่อนถ้าไม่ได้เรื่องก็เปลี่ยนที่ใหม่ครับ

นำรถเข้าไปที่ศูนย์บริการ พร้อมบิลรายการอะไหล่และค่าแรง
แจ้งน้ำมันหยดใต้ท้อง หลังจากนำรถออกไปจากศูนย์บริการ
ทางทีมช่างจะตรวจเช็คว่าสาเหตุเกิดจากอะไร เกิดจากอะไหล่
ที่เปลี่ยนไปชำรุดเสียหาย หรือเกิดจากฝีมือช่าง มีรายละเอียด
การเคลมทั้ง 2 อย่าง รับรองศูนย์บริการไม่มีวันปัดความรับผิดชอบ
แน่นอนครับ แต่ทุกอย่างก็ต้องมีขั้นมีตอน ว่าผลที่พิสูจน์ออกมาแล้ว
เกิดจากอะไร ก็ต้องยอมรับกันไป ทั้งผู้ให้ และผู้รับบริการ
